This action's goal is to assess the adequacy of the municipal regulations and of the A.S.B.U.C. organizations (Separate Administration of the Goods of Collective Use) - that have been applied for the use and the assignment of pastures - with the legislation in force, and to verify the possibility to apply the collective use rights in the integral nature reserves provided by the Park Plan.
The action intersects the Action C2, that is the implementation of structural interventions to foster the uniform grazing activities on the pastures having a high value in the conservation of the habitats 6210*, 6230* and 5130, and the Action C3 concerning the concertation to achieve the optimization of the pastures management.
