(05 August 2017) - The "Praterie" project takes part in the 2017 edition, too, of the Sheep Exposition in Campo Imperatore. The Chamber of Commerce of L'Aquila organises this event in Fonte Macina, in the municipality of Castel del Monte. Over the last few years, the Park has been participating in this very ancient trade fair to present the LIFE Project, whose content and actions entirely focus on protecting high-elevation prairies in Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga, by improving pasture infrastructures, spreading good practices and promoting the breeding economy.
